  • 1 teaspoon kala namak or black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or As Per your Preference)
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves (dried or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (optional)
  • 1-2 green chilis (optional, for heat)
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • Cold water or soda water – 2 cups
  • Tamarind pulp or concentrate – 1 teaspoon or a few drops (optional, for tartness)
  • A hint of hing (asafoetida) – optional but authentic
  • Ice cubes
